Healthy Orange Julius with Coconut Whip Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1-2 cups Ice
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Reserved for Whip
  • 1 can Chilled Whole Coconut Milk Whole Coconut Milk

Instructions
 

  •  Chill a can of whole fat organic coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
  • Open the can upside down and drain liquid into a blender. Take a few spoonfuls of coconut fat and place in a separate mixing bowl. Add the rest of the coconut fat into the blender.
  • Add orange juice, vanilla, and ice. Blend to desired consistency.
  • Whip coconut fat in the mixing bowl either with a hand mixer or whisk add reserved vanilla.
  • Taste Orange Julius and adjust ingredients to taste. If you desire extra sweetness add a tablespoon of honey or sweetener of choice.
  • Top with freshly made coconut whip cream and serve.
