Start by adding the butter to a pan over medium-high heat and allow butter to melt.Add pork sausage and brown it. Once the sausage is cooked all the way through, add chicken broth and let it come to a boil. Add cream cheese and heavy cream and stir until cheese is melted. Add xanthum gum and stir continuously until the sauce is thick. Once you have reached the desired consistency remove from heat.Allow gravy to cool and serve.
