One Minute Microwave Mug Biscuit

Equipment

  • 1 Microwave Safe Mug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbs coconut flour
  • 3 tbs almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbs butter or ghee or 1 tsp Avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in a sturdy microwave sage mug.
  • Mix in egg and oil of choice to incorporate well with a fork.
  • Microwave on high for one minute (if it’s still wet on the top add an additional 15 seconds).
  • Use a butter knife to remove biscuit from cup and slice in half. Mug may be HOT!
