coconut flour

almond flour

baking powder

salt

large egg

butter or ghee or 1 tsp Avocado oil
Instructions
Mix the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in a sturdy microwave sage mug.
Mix in egg and oil of choice to incorporate well with a fork.
Microwave on high for one minute (if it’s still wet on the top add an additional 15 seconds).
Use a butter knife to remove biscuit from cup and slice in half. Mug may be HOT!
